Archaeological finds tell of olive cultivation already active in these lands in the 7th century BC, when the Etruscan and Sabine peoples perfected the earliest harvesting and pressing techniques, drawing on the fertility of volcanic soils. A knowledge that would pass to the Romans, and from them down to us  almost unchanged in essence, if refined in method.

In those same years, oil was not merely food: it was a balm for the body, a remedy for health, a fuel that lit the nights. La Bella Oliva was born to continue this story, not to invent a new one. Every tree planted or adopted is a small act of protection  of the landscape, of biodiversity, of the memory of a people who lived on this land long before us.
